3,000 to 5,000 Miles

When you've driven 3,000 to 5,000 miles or every three to six months (whichever comes first), it's time to top off all fluids as needed. These include:

• Coolant
• Brake fluid
• Transmission fluid
• Windshield washer fluid
  

You should also check battery terminals and connections for corrosion and ensure the battery functions properly, and inspect your tires for wear and rotate them as necessary. 10,000 to 15,000 Miles

Between 10,000 and 15,000 miles (or after a year), it's time to inspect the engine air filter and cabin air filters. Additionally, schedule an inspection of the brake, steering, and exhaust systems and check belts and hoses for wear and tear. These are all crucial Chevy parts, so be sure to replace them if you notice any issues or damage.

Every 30,000 Miles

At 30,000 miles, you should inspect the following parts to ensure they're working properly, and replace them as necessary:

• Fuel filter
• Spark Plugs
• Ignition system components
• PCV valve

Every 60,000 Miles

After you've put some serious miles on your Chevy SUV, sedan, or truck, it's time to look at and possibly replace more intricate components such as the timing belt/chain and the drive belt.

Every 100,000 Miles

Seasonal Checks
