Everything went fine but I found out the lender Shea assigned to me was GM Financial at 6.69% 60 Months - loan for $9400. My CU participates with Shea on Dealer Direct loans and the loan would've been 5.39%. Over 800 credit. I wrongly assumed Shea would offer the loan within my best interest not which lender offered the best kickback to the dealer. Other than that, the people were friendly and the staff was helpful.

My sales person Tom Glavin was amazing to work with very accommodating very cordial and willing to help me through a little bit of struggles that we had with the vehicle with a bowtie in the front being loose upon delivery did the best that he possibly could we’re trying to find one and making my weight not as long as it was

Straight forward info given. Very thorough work and not once have they ever been pushy. This dealership should be the model for all others to follow.
