Thank you for only fixing what needed to be fixed 😁. Not everything I thought needed to be changed. Some places will gladly change everything you say weather it needs it or not.

Ninos the salesman was TERRIFIC!!! AWESOME!!! He talked me through the whole process, explained everything about the car, financing, had a excellent demeanor and was professional. Really connected on a personal level. Great guy and have already referred 1 person to him he is working with. It was my 1st new car purchase and I pleasantly surprised as to how well it went! Ninos did an excellent job making it all the worthwhile!!

Jon marsh the salesman was great

I actually had two scheduled service visits. Both were for oil changes. The morning appointment took longer but, was at the acceptable limit for wait time. The afternoon appointment was quick. During both visits, all the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional.

I had a Great Experience at Shea Dealership! Upon entering, I was greeted and felt very welcomed. My sales Rep Mike Banks introduced himself and asked if I had something in mind. I told him what I was looking for and he went and got exactly what I asked for to let me test drive. He showed me a few vehicles and didn’t pressure me into buying anything else. While I was looking, he was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed. He gave me time to think and time to make my decision in choosing the vehicle I felt completely satisfied with them when I left and I did just that. Thank you for the wonderful generosity and Great Experience.

Needed a trans. Took much longer than we were told. Had an 11am app. On Thursday and didn't get a call back until late Friday. They had the car for 13 days. Lack of phone communication in my opinion.
