Got me right in and was out in a very reasonable time

Once the appointment for service was made through Dayna, everything went as smoothly as possible. I showed up at Shea Chevrolet about fifteen minutes before my appointment time. They quickly processed me and I signed the work order for an oil change with tire rotation. I then went to the customer lounge and settled in on one of the super comfortable stuffed chairs. I thought about even talking a short power nap. However, before I could get that comfortable, a voice was calling my name. The service on my 2024 Silverado was already completed. It had been less than an hour, probably close to fifty minutes. I took the paperwork to the cashier, paid for the work completed and was on my way. Great service by all involved and very cordial, friendly employees.
