From start to finish. The entire dealership was amazing. Best experience we have ever had with buying a new car. Ninos has been the absolute best salesman we have ever dealt with and left very little for us to do. He took care of every aspect down to scheduling for add ons to be installed. Would highly recommend Ninos for anyone's next buying adventure!!

Cody was great, but my parts were not there. I had to wait 3 hours on Friday. It was done on Monday.

Mark was friendly. He went to bat for me, made the experience enjoyable.

I would rate 5 but it took nearly 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. No complaints other than that. The staff is great and the facility is really nice. They did make it right for the long wait and added a discount to my bill.

A very clean dealership and friendly staff.

Came in with a check engine light. Asked for them to clear the codes and a few services. They did as asked and I’m back on the road a day later. Very professional, fast, and effective!
